How are the responsible people notified to make changes?
- End users are notified in 1 of 2 ways
- Email
- During campaign creation, appropriate end users are selected to receive information regarding campaign updates. Emails can be sent to a ticketing system.
- Ticketing System
- If your organization set up a ticketing system integration with us, tickets related to changes will be automatically created in a ticket. Ticketing ID and Status will be tracked in the Campaign Reports
