Upon successful set up of your SecurEnds instance, to finalize our implementation process we conduct a testing and review phase. Upon completion of testing and launching the first review, the implementation process is complete.
Steps to Completion:
- Walkthrough the process to create, launch, and review a campaign
- Provide Managers (reviewers) with training documentation
- Discuss lessons learned and any items brought up from the test review
- Finalize any issues found during User Acceptance Test (UAT) Campaign
- Sign-off on UAT Testing and ready for a Production launch of a Campaign
